Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, I understand that sometimes “things happen.” Refunds will only be granted if I am notified of the reason for the refund being requested WITHIN 24 HOURS, and a photo of the item(s) is submitted along with your refund request. The item must be returned in its original packaging and return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged. The refund will not be granted until I have the returned item. If the items arrives to you broken, and you have requested and paid for additional insurance for your purchase, a replacement will be sent or a mutual arrangement will be agreed upon between myself and the buyer. If additional insurance was not purchased by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for half the cost of the replacement item, since the fault is of the shipping provider and not the seller. Shipping Policies
*****THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME ORDERING PERIOD FOR MY SHOP!! SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES ARE A BIT LONGER THAN USUAL!! *****
I will ship your items in the time specified in the listing, but it is your responsibility as the buyer to read my shop announcements in case there are extended processing times on high demand products in high demand times of the season. If for some reason shipping is delayed, (due to reasons beyond my control, or high-volume order seasons), I will notify you if necessary. I do not ship on holidays and weekends, so your ship date may fall on a Saturday/Sunday. Your item will ship on the business days following a weekend and/or holiday.
There are busy times of the season when production times may go beyond the standard timeline listed, so please take note and give yourself plenty of lead time. (Please note: most baseball/softball wreaths and wood/handmade products are currently at about a 2 1/2 week production time, not including actual shipping transit time). Every effort is made to make your item and send it in a reasonable amount of time, given that I am only a one person operation. Thanks for your grace and understanding!
Also, once your item leaves my possession, it is at the mercy of the shipping carrier. As a standard, I do not purchase additional insurance upon shipment. If this is a service you’d like, I can create a custom listing with any upgraded shipping service you’d prefer, but the most economical shipping source is the standard based upon each item. Of course, I will always work with my customers under reasonable circumstances if a package should become lost/damaged in transit. If applicable, the shipping cost reflects both the amount to ship, and the packaging/handling fee. Depending on the size of the item, a great deal is spent on the actual shipping box and packing material, plus the transport time and cost to take it to the shipping facility. The price reflects all of this, and in rare cases, I will refund an overage if it is significantly above and beyond these mentioned costs. Thank you for your understanding!
Payments
I accept credit cards via Stripe and require payment at the point of sale. I do not currently accept canceled orders, as I am just a small operation and am trying to get more established. Please be certain of your purchase BEFORE an order is placed….All sales are final. Thank you!
